My boss pretty much told me I need to change my hair back to "natural" hair color. I span a line for my boss about how it would damage my hair to change it so quickly. But I pretty much only have a week before it gets changed again.
It's a damned shame, because I really like my hair the color it is. I'll probably dye it black or something "reasonable" like that.

Unless it says somewhere in your employee handbook that you can't have dyed hair you don't have to listen to him. That doesn't make any sense, it's not like you actually interact with customers face to face.

Yes I can wear a hat, But I look terrible in a hat. Otherwise I would just cover up
